1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Huxi Digital, we want you to be fully satisfied with our SaaS platform. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all purchases, including the Starter Pack, Pro Plan, and Growth Plan.

2. Eligible Purchases

This refund policy applies to the following paid products and plans:

  • Starter Pack: one-time purchase of $4.99, including 20 credits.
  • Pro Plan: monthly subscription of $19.00/month, including 150 credits per month.
  • Growth Plan: monthly subscription of $49.00/month, including 500 credits per month.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you are not satisfied with our services within 14 days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund by contacting Huxi Digital at hello@buildonlabs.com or by contacting Paddle customer support.

4. Payment Processor and Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider and Merchant of Record for applicable purchases. Paddle may handle refund processing, payment reversal, customer billing support, tax compliance, receipts, invoices, and related payment operations.

Your bank statement, card statement, invoice, receipt, or billing record may show Paddle, Paddle.net, or a similar Paddle-related descriptor.

5. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Paddle. The time required for funds to appear depends on your payment method, card issuer, bank, or payment provider.

6. Subscription Cancellation

Refund requests do not always automatically cancel future subscription renewals. To avoid future charges, you should also cancel your active subscription through your account, Paddle customer support, or by contacting us.
