ShopifyVideo AI is operated by Huxi Digital.

ShopifyVideo AI is not affiliated with Shopify Inc.

1. Overview

Huxi Digital provides digital SaaS services and AI generation credits. Refunds are reviewed according to this policy, Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy, and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

2. Products Covered

This policy applies to the following paid products and plans:

  • Starter: monthly subscription of $29.00/month, including 40 credits per month. Standard 720p renders use 3 credits, and Premium Creative 720p renders use 6 credits. 1080p renders are not included on Starter.
  • Growth: monthly subscription of $69.00/month, including 100 credits per month. Standard 720p renders use 3 credits, Standard 1080p renders use 5 credits, and Premium Creative renders use 6 credits at 720p or 9 credits at 1080p.
  • Scale: monthly subscription of $139.00/month, including 210 credits per month. Standard 720p renders use 3 credits, Standard 1080p renders use 5 credits, and Premium Creative renders use 6 credits at 720p or 9 credits at 1080p.

3. Used Credits and Generated Outputs

AI video generation uses third-party model and infrastructure costs when a generation job is accepted by the provider. Credits that have been consumed to create, process, or deliver an AI-generated image, video, preview, or output are considered used digital SaaS cloud rendering services and are generally not eligible for a voluntary refund.

If a generation job fails before producing an output, we may automatically return the consumed credits to your account. This is a service credit reversal, not a cash refund.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be reviewed if they are submitted within 14 days of the transaction date and the purchased credits or subscription benefits have not been materially used. We may approve a full refund, approve a partial refund, or decline the request based on usage, delivery of the digital service, technical issues, abuse signals, and applicable law.

Refunds are not issued for credits or services that have already been consumed, except where required by law or where Paddle determines otherwise under its own policies. Refunds may also be declined where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or manipulative behavior.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact Huxi Digital at hello@buildonlabs.com or contact Paddle support at paddle.net. Please include the email used for purchase, transaction date, plan, and the reason for the request.

6. Payment Processor and Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider and Merchant of Record for applicable purchases. Paddle may handle refund processing, payment reversal, customer billing support, tax compliance, receipts, invoices, and related payment operations.

Your bank statement, card statement, invoice, receipt, or billing record may show Paddle, Paddle.net, or a similar Paddle-related descriptor.

7. Refund Processing and Credit Reversal

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Paddle. The time required for funds to appear depends on your payment method, card issuer, bank, or payment provider.

If Paddle approves a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal, we may revoke the related unused credits or suspend access to the refunded product or subscription benefits. Credits already consumed by completed AI generation jobs may remain recorded in your usage history for billing, abuse prevention, and audit purposes.

8. Subscription Cancellation

Refund requests do not always automatically cancel future subscription renewals. To avoid future charges, you should also cancel your active subscription through your account, Paddle customer support, or by contacting us.
