AI product video pricing questions
How do Shopify AI video credits work?
Credits are used only for completed HD video exports. Free previews are watermarked and do not use credits.
Which plan supports 1080p and Premium Creative exports?
All paid plans support Premium Creative exports. Starter is limited to 720p, while Growth and Scale unlock 1080p.
Can exports include background sound?
Yes. HD exports can use built-in commercial-safe background sounds, auto matched to the creative style or selected manually.
Do monthly credits roll over?
Monthly subscription credits reset each billing period. Top-up credits stack with your balance and expire after 30 days.
Are failed provider renders charged?
If the HD video provider cannot complete a render, the failed render is not charged or the consumed credits are returned according to the render status.
